Self-hosted. Built on open components. English and Persian.
One platform for the work of a whole organisation.
Divan brings the day's work - cartable, chat, meetings, mail, calendar - together with eight studios where people and AI agents build the apps, processes, dashboards, integrations and courses an organisation runs on. On your own servers, under your own rules.
Describe it. The studio builds it.
- Plan agreed
- Form, list and approval built
- Tests passed
Everything in Divan
One platform, three layers.
The work of the day, the studios where things are made, and the platform underneath. Every name below is a page of this site - and a piece of the product.
The day's work
Start the day with one list.
A process step, a course that is due, an access request, an action from yesterday's meeting, an agent asking for permission. In Divan they are one list - the cartable - and each closes itself when the work is done.
- Every app raises the same kind of item. One way to work them all.
- It opens the thing itself. The form, the lesson, the document - not a list one step too high.
- It never lies. An item leaves when the work is done, not when someone ticks a box.

Nothing is waiting for you.
- 08:55
Home says what needs you.
Not a feed and not a menu: the things waiting for you, by name, and yesterday's work one press away.
Home - 10:30
The meeting ends with owners.
Video on your own servers, recorded and transcribed when you ask - with minutes whose every action is a task in somebody's cartable.
Meetings - 11:40
The conversation is where the work is.
Channels, threads and a search that reads every message. Switch the assistant on in a chat, or add an agent like a colleague.
Messenger - 14:05
Mail that wears your brand.
Your own mailbox on your own mail server, with designed templates, the organisation's signature, and attachments that open in place.
Mail - 15:20
Everyone is free on Thursday.
A calendar that depends on no outside platform. Name the people: it finds the time, in each person's zone and calendar.
Calendar - 17:30
The week filled itself.
Meetings you sat in and tasks you worked are offered as time already. You confirm instead of typing.

The studios
Eight studios. One way of building.
Describe what you need, read the plan, watch it built, publish. The same four steps make an app, a document, a process, a dashboard, an integration, an agent, a game and a course - and each studio is a tool the others can use.
Build apps for the organisation by describing them.
Describe the app you need. The studio plans it with you, builds it piece by piece, tests each piece, and shows it working beside the conversation - on a copy of the data until you publish.
AI agents that work as staff - and wait for people.
Build agents that work across the platform: the studios are their tools, and they are the studios' tools too.
Courses written, examined and tutored by a team of agents.
A complete learning system inside the platform: courses to learn from and to teach with.
Business processes: model them, run them, work them.
A complete business process suite on the platform: BPMN models, decision tables and forms, drafted from a description, run by a real process engine…
Business intelligence on governed data.
Connect the systems of the organisation.
Diagrams, documents, spreadsheets and decks, written in a thread.
Ask for a document the way you would ask a colleague. The studio writes structured content and the platform renders the file - Word, Excel…
Games for a break, a colleague, or a whole meeting.
Games to play alone, with a colleague or with a whole meeting - and new ones, made from a sentence.
Agents
Agents that work as staff - and wait for people.
In Divan an agent acts as someone, and every tool it holds says what it does to the world: it finds, it proposes, it makes, or it changes. What changes something stops and asks.
- An account, a supervisor, budgets, a timesheet. An agent on staff is managed like staff.
- Approvals arrive in the cartable. With what it wants to do, and why.
- One switch pauses them all.
IT helper
An agent on staff. Its supervisor: you.- findsReads the request: "I cannot connect to the VPN."
- findsSearches the help articles the person who asked may read.
- proposesDrafts an answer from the article, with its three steps.
- changes Wants to reset the VPN account of the person who asked.
This changes something, so the agent stops here and asks its supervisor.
- done
The Vault
Credentials that are used, never shown.
The Vault hands a secret out as work done - a session opened, a request signed - and never as text on a screen. People and agents get the use of it, for a time, and a record is kept of every use.
- Servers and desktops open in the browser, already signed in, recorded.
- Access has an end. Asked for, approved from the cartable, and gone on time.
- The Vault rotates what it keeps, so the value in use is one nobody ever saw.

Divan works in English and in Persian. Every screen mirrors, mixed sentences read the way a reader expects, and dates follow the calendar each person reads - Gregorian or Persian - in their own time zone.
- Per person, not per installation. Two colleagues open the same page in two languages.
- Documents too. A generated Word file sets direction paragraph by paragraph.
- Mail too. A paragraph takes its direction from its first letter.

Documented app by app.
Every app has the same four parts, here and in the Help inside the product: what it is for, the first steps, the tasks people do, and the questions they ask.
