Timesheet : Where your time went, mostly filled by the work itself.
Your week, what to log and what is missing. Time comes from the tasks you worked and the meetings you sat in; what is left takes a press, not a form.
What it does
Timesheet, point by point.
It fills itself first
Meetings you attended and tasks you worked are offered as time already - you confirm instead of typing.
A timer on the rail
Start a timer on a task from anywhere; log time or block time ahead without leaving your page.
Rules that follow the organisation
Whether time needs approval, and by whom, is a policy assigned down the organisation chart.
Each system keeps its tasks
Tasks from outside systems come in through one declared intake. Divan owns the time; the system keeps the task.
Out as a file
A period is exported as CSV for payroll or a client.
Getting started
Three steps in.
- Open Timesheet: your week is in front of you.
- Confirm what is offered from your meetings and tasks.
- Fill what is missing - the gaps are marked.
