Divan Talk to us

Meetings : Calls that end with minutes and owners.

Group video calls with screen sharing run on your own servers. A meeting is recorded and transcribed when you ask, its minutes carry action items with a name on each, and each of those is a task in somebody's cartable.

What it does

Meetings, point by point.

01

Video on your own servers

Calls are routed by a media server and a relay that you run. Nothing of a call passes through a third party.

02

A meeting is one room

Its chat, its people, its recording and its minutes are one record. A call restarted inside its time is the same meeting, resumed.

03

Recorded and transcribed

Switch Record on in the call. The recording is transcribed afterwards, and the minutes are written from what was said.

04

Action items become tasks

Each action in the minutes is given to a person, lands in their cartable and is reported on like any other task.

05

Guests by a link

Somebody outside the organisation joins from a link with a code - no account - and is in that meeting only.

06

Play something together

Start a quick quiz or a game from Game Studio in the meeting: everyone answers on their own screen.

Getting started

Three steps in.

  1. Plan a meeting in Calendar, or press Call in a conversation.
  2. Share your screen, switch Record on if the meeting should be kept.
  3. After it ends, open the meeting: recording, transcript and minutes are there.

Questions

What people ask about Meetings.

Do guests see our people or our chats?

No. A guest is in one meeting's room and nowhere else.

Which engine transcribes?

The one you configure. Divan falls back across the engines you have set up when one refuses.

Are invitations sent by mail?

They can be: a designed invitation that wears your brand, with answer links for people outside. An administrator switches that on.
