Cartable
Tasks, approvals, reviews, mentions and assignments from every app of Divan arrive in one place. You open an item, do the thing where it lives, and it closes by itself.
What it is for
- One list for every app
- A process task, a course given to you, work to review, an access request from the Vault, a question from an agent, an action item from a meeting: one list, one way of working it.
- It closes itself
- An item is done when the thing it asks for is done. Finish the course and its item goes; sign the checklist and the request is settled.
- Cover while you are away
- Name who covers for you: new items go to them while you are out, and the record says so.
- For heads: my team
- Whoever people answer to sees what waits with their team, without opening anyone's work.
- Open to other systems
- An outside system or an integration flow can put an item in a person's cartable through one intake, with where it came from declared.
Getting started
- Open Cartable from the rail. The number on its icon is what waits for you.
- Open an item: it takes you to the thing itself - the form, the document, the lesson.
- Do it there. The item closes by itself.
Tasks
Filter what you see
- Open Cartable.
- Use the filters to narrow by kind or by the app an item comes from.
- Your filters stay as you set them.
Hand your items over while away
- Open your coverage settings.
- Name who covers for you and until when.
- New items reach them; when you are back they reach you again.
See what waits with your team
- Open Cartable.
- Switch to My team.
- Each person's open items are listed; nothing of their content opens that you could not open anyway.
Questions
Who decides what lands in my cartable?
The app that needs you. An assignment, a process step, a request for your approval - each raises exactly one item and withdraws it when it no longer applies.
Can I mark an item done by hand?
A notice, yes: you read it and put it away. Work that an app is waiting for closes when the work is done, so the list never lies.
Does an AI agent get a cartable?
An agent that works as a member of staff asks its supervisor for approval through the supervisor's cartable. People decide; agents wait.
